How long does each job usually take?
It all depends on which service we are providing. If we are doing lawn maintenance for you, generally about 20-45 minutes. Window cleaning services are approx. 2-5 Hours, depending on the number of windows that need cleaning.
Does your company have insurance?
Yes. We are insured through a local insurance company, and we also carry workmans comp.
Do you also clean my screens when cleaning my windows?
Yes. We always remove the screens and clean them. Also, we wipe all window sills and clogged tracks free of dirt and insects. After that, then we re-install the screen, giving you that clear view.
Do I need to be home when you are there cleaning?
It is up to the homeowners discretion. If you prefer to be home, we would be more than happy to work around your schedule.
Is there sales tax added to your cleaning and maintenance services?
No, we do not add sales tax. The estimate we give you is for our services performed only.
Will I be charged a fee if I need to reschedule?
No, if something arises and we need to schedule for a different day, just simply call us and let us know. The sooner the better since we maintain a full schedule.
Can I choose how often my grass gets cut?
Absolutely! Depending on the lawn, we can either cut your lawn once per week, bi-weekly, or once per month.
Can you also provide paper products when cleaning my business?
Yes, we are able to provide and refill your toilet paper, hand towels, soap, and many other products used on a regular basis.
